This body of work continues Natalia Nicole Rodríguez’s ongoing exploration of change, adaptation, and self-expression through botanical abstraction. Inspired by flowers in winter, the series reflects moments of stillness rather than dormancy, where forms slow down, persist, and transform beneath the surface. The cycle of winter introduces a sense of déjà vu, a return to something familiar that is never quite the same, shaping both the compositions and their titles. Stillness becomes a metaphor for lived experience, approached not as an ending, but as a quiet interval in which transformation unfolds over time.
